How long is each lesson?

The lessons are designed for a 25 minutes lesson, but can be adjusted for any length for each age group; as short as 5 or 10 minutes.

How many lessons are on each DVD?

Each set of DVDs includes 3 discs. Each disc has three to five lessons.

How frequently do I need to do lessons?

Lessons are meant to be viewed on a weekly basis, but can be repeated as needed throughout the week for retention if you feel your student needs it.

Orders and Returns

Before I order, can I see a product sample?

Absolutely! We have a sample lesson available on this page.

How long after I order will you ship my product?

We fulfill and ship our orders within 2-3 business days after payment has been processed.

How will my subscription be billed?

For quarterly subscriptions, you will be billed for the first month on the day of your order. Every 3 months after that for the duration of your membership, you will be charged $24.95 on the 15th of that month.

For example, if you ordered on January 2nd, your next billing dates would be:

  • April 15th
  • July 15th
  • October 15th and so on until your membership ends.

Another example: if you ordered your product on February 26th your next willing dates would be:

  • May 15th
  • August 15th
  • November 15th and so on until your membership ends.

I ordered MP3s, how will they be delivered?

After your payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to your files.

I ordered MP3s and there was no download link in my email.

Your download link should be located on the bottom right of your invoice, as pictured below.

If you are logged into the website, you should be able to access your downloads from the My Account page.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number and link should have been included in your confirmation email, but that information can also be located on your Account page with your order information.

I received a damaged product, how do I get a replacement?

We are so sorry you received a damaged item! Please mail us back the damaged product within 30 days and we will replace it for you.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail.

I am ordering for a large number of children - is there a special rate?

We do offer discounts for co-ops, daycare facilities, churches and other organizations. Please fill out the form here to see if you qualify.

Where do you ship to?
I placed an order, but did not get a confirmation email.

First, please check your spam folder and other folders that use automatic filters. Often times, that is the cause for emails going missing. If it isn’t there, then just send us a message and we’ll make sure you get a copy.

I need to cancel my order.
What is your return policy?

If for any reason you want to return your product, we will allow returns if product is returned in resalable shape within 30 days of purchase, at which time we would refund your purchase.
